I'll tell you one dan theen... I've been a lot of places, in all kinds of habitat, around all kinds of animals and bugs. I've slept on the ground in the desert amongst the scorpions and rattle snakes. And I've been to Florida. I've seen this scrub from the outside, and this scrub just plain gives me the willies. Even the vegetation
can hurt you. Guess it just comes down to where a feller grew up and is comfortable. I'm gonna be in Florida in two weeks. And I'm gonna be awe-struck all over again when I see Florida's jungles. Thank you for these photos. I love seeing other folks' neighborhoods and their travels. And I love seeing folks paying attention to their
kids.

I was deer hunting near Inverness out of a tree stand and shot a doe early. Killed a couple more before dark. Went to retrieve the first and it was gone. Finally found it. Hog had drug it about 50yds farther into the brush and eaten the top of it’s head . After the brain I guess. I was more than a little concerned about dragging that deer away in the pitch dark as i had no idea where the pig was. I was 12yo and will never forget that one….
They call those formative years for a reason…
