Is that a good "Ugg", or a bad "Ugg"?

It has express (v-notch) rear and a gold bead front.
I hate 'em.
The $$ I'd save I'd spend on different sights.

I'm the same way about the V rear sights & the gold bead fronts, some people love them! I'm not one of them. Guess that's why they make chocolate & vanilla.

Agree on the sights, but that gun needs a scope anyway so not a deal breaker.

A new one will run about $2400 and those grips are no longer available.
One of my 97s came with the Express rear sight and was easy to change out. That said the stock front ramp isn't that great either...and the sights that are on the gun could be sold to offset a square notch rear and a Garza gold dot front.

I'm glad he blotted out the cylinder numbers..... I'm guessing that this seller has quite the tin foil hat collection...

...you won't regret it... I have one exactly like it but with black Micarta grips..excellent shooter.
As to blocking out the serial number...I see LOTS of Sellers do it... And lots of people on some of the gun forums do the same when posting pics of their gun...

I'm willing to bet good money that the cylinder numbers were 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

Not on mine, they're the SN digits. Your money though, go ahead and message the seller.

They always say it is because someone may report that gun as theirs and it was stolen. I really want to know if that has ever happened
