Folks that want the 480 ,454 if Ruger decides to chamber them only on the 1895 platform are u still interested? I believe the 454 Casull would be way too much pressure for a Marlin Rifle. Will be interesting to see if the 480 Ruger makes it. Ruger really likes to proof their guns high, but we can hope. I'm hoping for 32 Magnum/327 Federal, 38-40 and 44-40. With any luck, Lipseys will do some Combo Ruger Runs with Lever Guns and Revolvers chambered together.

Maybe Ruger will build a 92 for the 480 and hopefully 454.
Just because they bought Marlin doesn't mean that their going to just stick with the 94 and 95.
I definitely would not hold my breath though. I wouldn't expect them to build any new designs for a long while.

I've repeatedly asked Lipseys to do a Ruger #1 in 454 Casull. It would easily hold the pressure and be a great companion to the many 454 Casull Revolvers out there.
The 92 is a Winchester (Browning) design and definitely won't be produced by Ruger. But, neat idea...

I’d be tickled with 2 Cowboy carbines, 327 fed and a 44mag or 45 colt with a proper 1/16 or 1/20 twist barrel instead of the 1/38ish twist Marlin had always used.

To me the 92 is just the perfect handling lever action.

Yeah, but the Marlin 92 was a 32 Caliber similar to the 39 Rimfire if I remember correctly. Nothing like the brute strong, dual lug Browning 1886/1892 design.
Still agree that the chamberings would be awesome, but highly unlikely.
I do have a Miroku/Winchester 92 in 44-40 that is beautiful gun...

I'd like to see them bring back the Ruger levers, improved.

The best thing about this is ruger seems to listen to their customer base and produce stuff that might be a little risky. All the offerings in 327 federal and 44 special probably aren’t the biggest sellers but they make them anyways.

1894 in 32/327 and 41 mag please! Yeah, I’d take a .41. As it is, I already want a .44 and .45.
