It's definitely DIFFERENT.
"Different," alone, doesn't do it for me. I place more value on functionality and well-executed work on even the simplest change.
I didn't post just to degrade the piece, and I don't MEAN to degrade the piece.
It's definitely interesting enough to comment on, but not something I'd want done to mine - at least not the artistic part of it.

I've browned a grip frame on one gun and a cylinder on another and liked how it came out.  Come to think of it, I've also browed a bolt action 22, an SKS and an AK-47.  |

My grumble would be one real photo, three tweaked oversaturated ones. Oddly though, the blue looks worse in the regular photo.
The scalloped ejector housing makes for a really neat effect, but I imagine it would be a bit of a dust collector.

The pins appear dished, which is kinda cool. I'm pretty sure I have a loading gate with the inside AND outside scalloped. Yeah it's a dust collector but not from being outside!
