I have someone who wants to sell me a 1969 vintage nickle plated 12 in 80% condition. What's a fair between two coworkers price? Neither of us are sure what it's worth

The only one I’ve seen recently is for sale locally. It’s blued and posted for 545, but has been up for a while.

Barrel length makes a difference also . A lightweight K frame snubby is kind of cool to me . A 4 inch lightweight , not so much .

Last one that I saw around here was a 2" M12 in about 98% condition. It went for $600 the first day it was out for sale.....

He said he was comfortable at $350. I got it. Now if he'd come off the matching nickle 36 I'd want it too

Nickel 12s are very rare to find...what configuration was it?
As to 2" vs 4" I have to disagree... Had a pair of round butt 12-2s with the 4" pencil barrel which is all the 12s came with in 4"...they had great balance, portability and shot better than any 2"... Not a pocket gun but most people can't hide a K-frame in their pocket anyway...
