While I was boxing up my inventory I discovered some extra unused items. I then knew a purchase would have to be made. It is just a honest Colt Government Model. Not perfect. Not a beater. Not a bunch of mixed matched parts. Just a little used. Now with a quick upgrade.

I've bought guns because I had some ammo or a holster for it.

I hate to admit this but I bought the Smith & Wesson M57 I posted about in the Double Actions section because I had a speed loader for it.

I know exactly what you mean. I had a stainless .41 cylinder, a stainless .41 barrel, a stainless XR3-RED gripframe, & a stainless trigger all hanging around. So I stuck them in a box with a blue SBH cylinder frame and left it at Alan Harton's shop. This is not an economical way to dispose of spare parts.
