I traded for this one about 20+ years ago. Sack posted a link to these grips on Ebay and I jumped on them. I really like old rich colored stags. I have $5 more in the grips than I have in the gun.

I had a guy send me a pair of grips like that to install medallions in them. The things weighed a ton. Very dense material. Nothing like that beautiful old color.
You know they are real but somehow they look almost too good to be true. ;D

Cary these are thin but are quite heavy. There is faded writing on the back "Colt Scout $18". That should give you an idea of how old they are.

Thats a beauty, if colt were at all interested in expanding their lineup I think their 22's would be a great start.

Ya these have a little age on them and the price on these was $26 and the old price had been marked out. Here is how they look on the gun. Bill
