How would one ship multiple firearms from one state to another in a family member-> family member transfer without spending a fortune?

Can a moving company pack up the safes and guns and just move them?

I'm guessing not.

Trying to get this done before one's time is up.

If anybody has any experience with this kind of thing PM me please...

When Remington and Ashly were stationed in England I made a road trip to their place, lauded the safe in my truck along with all the guns and drove them back to Oregon. But, with all three kids having gone to college out of state, road trips for family were a regular thing so it was no big deal.

I'm in the coast guard and move quite often. The movers will pack up guns and move them. I recommend a locked case and lots of pictures. Never had an issue even when they had to store them for 6 months or more.
