Axe is the only person I know to speak positively - let alone highly of Star autos. Rob Leahy likes them also.

Speaking highly of the Star PD? Rob Leahy and me you say? Add George Nonte and Jeff Cooper. Gary Reeder too. Pretty lofty company.

This is my favorite 1911! A Ruger CMDR with Heinie straight eight sights, Ed Brown Ambi Safeties and a Dlask medium length trigger! Gun is 100% reliable and a nice shooter. ![](http://i626.photobucket.com/albums/tt345/Bronco45_album/New%20Acquisitions%202015/DSCN1186.jpg)

Glock 19 with a RMR red dot sight milled into the slide. Almost like cheating.
I do have a Browning Hipower at the gunsmith that will be pretty nice when complete.

A 1952 Colt Commander worked over by John Harrison.
Second is my Glock 26 with a Glock 19 magazine-it's the house and truck gun-gotta love 2x magazine capacity and Federal HST ammo.
A Seecamp 32 simply disappears in a front pant pocket.
