Funny my first thought was Unique, then Trailboss, but the upper limit is so low on TB. I have most of these powders, maybe I should try a few out!

Unique Powder is, well...unique. I have collected reloading manuals for 37 years.
Unique Powder Loads are listed in my Autographed 1937 Edition of Phil Sharpe's Manual and my 50th Edition Lyman Manual. Few powders can match that pedigree.
It worked then and still does today...

I guess I am not as adventuresome as others when it comes to reloading and different calibers. I only reload for 44 mag and 45 colt and it has always been H-110 and that's all I have ever used. Thustly I have stocked-up accordingly. I have done so with my reloading of rifle calibers as well. Each caliber uses one powder with a few calibers sharing the same one and I have stocked-up on those powders.
I try to keep things simple. I have a few others on hand to try out per what I have read here but haven't had the time to do so.

I would probably choose either unique or 2400.

I'm with 45MAN using Vihtavouri. He stated N110 as his favorite and I must say it is probably my second choice. It is very much like H110 but is not spiky.
My favorite is VV N340. It's not quite as slow as the N110; but still generates lots of velocity.
My preference comes from accuracy, stability, and cleanliness. It is the most accurate of the many powders I use in almost every caliber: .32's, 38/357mag, 357 maximum, 40/10mm, 9mm, 44/44mag. 45colt, .455 Webley.
It is very linear in its progression from minimum to maximum; without drastic changes, spikes. It has to be the cleanest powder I use. Unlike flaming dirt, that seems to be everyone else's favorite.
I use Unique as well because it is versatile and has hundreds of load recipes; but it's not my favorite at anything.
Prescut However, I love variety beyond compare.

I don’t load quite the variety as many folks here. I do load shotgun in 12, 20 and 28 gauges. In the pistol/revolver, I load 38 Special, 357, 44 Special, 45 ACP, 45 Colt and 454. To the OP’s query, I can load all of them using Unique ... and, I have about 30# on hand. But ... I very rarely use Unique in any of them because there are better choices for each of them. But, if I could only have one powder ...

In my handguns I probably burn more Unique and Win231 than anything else. I usually only use the slow burners for top end loads and really have little use for them anymore, if in fact I ever did.

I would go with True Blue. Been playing with it the last year, and I like what I get from it. Power Pistol is great also, but I find load data I want for True Blue, Power pistol not so much.

"Lets get real and say “what would it be if you had no unique?”"
Not a nice thought...because the only other powder I could use for most everything I load "was" SR4756...and now it is gone also...

The last time we had a powder shortage , I was looking for unique. The guy behind the counter said I needed to switch to something else as they didn't know when they could get any more unique. So I bought a few cans of universal and been happy with it and CFE Pistol .I load for 38 spl. 357,44 spl. ,And 44 magnum .
