I have found I can do about anything I want to do with Unique using green dot and it is better for shotgun shell reloading. So pre COVID madness Unique, post green dot Lee, our generous host here posted loads for a lot using green dot. I used to have the list saved but goodness knows where it is after switching computers several times since I saved it. Maybe he’ll chime in.

I shudder at the thought of having only one powder.

Wasn't there a problem with flame cutting with Titegroup?

Unique. Then power pistol. Tried green dot in the 44 mag after Lee posted a load years ago. Wouldn't turn it down either.

It takes one less grain powder to give the same speed as Unique. Burns a tad cleaner too. -Lee www.singleactions.com"Chasing perfection five shots at a time"

FOR ME 32 H&R TO 500 LINEBAUGH, AND FOR REVOLVER CARTRIDGES ONLY, WOULD BE 32 H&R, 327, 32-20, 38 SPECIAL, 357, 45 COLT, 454, 480R. 475L & 500 JRH, VV-N110 WOULD BE MY CHOICE, ESPECIALLY BECAUSE I HAVE USED IT A LOT IN 357, 45 COLT, 480R, 475L & 500 JRH, AND AM COMFORTABLE WITH WHAT I HAVE READ/WHAT I THINK IT CAN DO IN THE OTHERS.
IF I HAD TIME TO EXPERIMENT, I WOULD GIVE LONGSHOT AND HS-6 GOOD WORK OUTS, ESPECIALLY IN THE LARGER CALIBERS, BUT FOR NOW, IT WOULD BE VV-N110,

It would have to be 2400 first, HS6 next. They work well in the large caliber, large capacity cartridges. As I only hunt with handguns, I would want to stick with what works best in heavy revolvers.

I could do what I need to do with CFE-P, Power Pistol or Longshot. To pick one, Power Pistol.
