Hello Folks, Could someone please assist me with identifying a pair of factory Colt DA grips for my dad? They are "service" style, like S&W Magnas, are full checkered, oiled finish, with gold medallions. How do you tell the difference in Python and Diamondback grips of the same style? I have photos if anyone could host them for me or if you need to see them. Many thanks and God Bless, Marc

Also, the Diamondback service stocks 'wrap' around the very bottom edge of the grip frame (i.e - one of the stocks is not completely flat and has a wooden protrusion / small block). The Python stocks do not wrap and have no protrusions on the backside.
Mint condition Python service stocks regularly sell for around $150-200 at auction.
