Thanks... I have one just like yours that has a HTR prefix....mine is #5 of the series and has a fluted cylinder. I really need to have it lettered...

A 657-2 is on my grail list. I don't have a DA .41 & need to fix that. I've got a decent pile of SA revolvers, mostly .41s, but my only DA revolver is a lowly Taurus model 66 in .357 (& trusted truck gun for 25 years).
I thought this place cost me enough money in SAs & danged if y'all ain't making me "need" a DA or 2. Lol!

Finally broke down and sent for a S&W Historical Society letter...was going to get one also for a 1952 Heavy Duty and 1964 57 but they bumped the fee up from $50 to $100 PER LETTER...so I just got the one...
