No. It is from a customer/virtual friends (never met him but met on the net on a gun deal) extensive HP collection. He allowed it came from the collection of a former S&W exec.

Not sure where it was made but SA's Illinois marks are on it. The owner advised #1 was in the SA museum and he was told the rest were offered at camp Perry in 2001 or 2002.
