My Ruger PC Carbine finally arrived and I got it fixed up to make it a better shooter for me. Loving it so far.

The flat sides are a plus. How does it time, washers? Screws on with using a polymer/synthetic flexible O ring. Once you get it pretty tight, just line up the side flats so they are vertical and that’s it. It seems like it is tight as can be and shouldn’t move.

Are you leaving it set up for the Ruger mag or did you swap in the Glock magwell?
I've got the plain, un-scary version (might even be unthreaded) but I plan on swapping in the G-well and maybe ordering the Midwest Industries fore end.

Sticking with the ruger mags. I have three 17 round ones already and just bought a 32

I’ve got the regular take-down model and have switched it to the G-well. It runs factory Glock mags as it should, so we picked up 1/2 dozen P Mag 17s and a couple P Mag 27s. The Glock mags wiggle a little more when seated in the well but nothing that’s affects function.
