I'm looking for a light(er) .501 bullet.
Anybody have any suggestions for a mold.
Would like to find something between 300 and 350gns. A 275ish would be OK too.
I found some RimRock bullets at 330gns. Anybody know of anything else in this range out there?

Have Mountain Molds cut you whatever you like. The last mold I bought from them was in my hands in less that a week exactly to my specs.

David Bradshaw There are two 50 caliber sizes.... basically 0.500" and 0.512". Not cast, but Rainier plated 335 gr HP perform well at a reasonable price.

I guess I should have simply said what I want.....
I need a mold for a .50GI so a light .50WE or JRH mold is what I'm after.

Here are 3 molds I designed for the 50GI. Links: 255gr350gr400grAll 3 feed and shoot great in my DI AR 15 uppers, Glock conversions, encore barrels and my 50GI Mac 10 (yes a MAC10). All 3 are the same design just longer for the heavier weights. |
