Groo here Remember the 357sig headspaces on the case mouth AND the sholder. Reloads Can be taper or standard crimped depending on bullet. The CLIP specs head space on the center of sholder like a rifle, Us specs ,on the case mouth. I Think a US misprint as we are so use to the non bottle necked rounds...

I have the same barrel in my g24. The long barrel really helps get some speed worked up. 125s can run over 1700fps, 158s can run over 1500fps and 180s at over 1300fps. Awesome power from such a light gun. I also have a 5" sig barrel for my 10mm 1911 and load the sigs to 10mm OAL. Loading long the 158s have run near 1600 and the 180s will go over 1400fps.

The fusion barrels have been wonderful, excellent case support and tight chambers give excellent chrono numbers and case life. Accuracy has been phenominal. Fired cases from the fusion barrel will plunk in my glock kkm sig barrel chamber. Standard .478" link worked fine in the ruger and fit was spot on. I was so impressed for the $ that I got a matching 10mm version to replace the factory 10mm barrel. The fusion barrel is 30-50fps faster than the factory barrel and very accurate.

Fusion is a great company to deal with... Put one of their .38 Super barrels a 3" Colt Defender 9mm and it really hummmms.
Have a 6" 10mm PARA-USA Elite LS Hunter and have been thinking of adding a .38 Super or .357 SIG barrel....
Thanks...Bob

Too bad about the LW slide, as I very much like the look of it. Probably the easiest would be to get a G35 and a KKM G24 barrel. Any issues with hand loading the 357 sig? Things like bullet set back/brass cracks etc.? Thanks for all your info on your Glock. Weirdly enough I haven't loaded the first 357 Sig yet since I load everything from a 38 S&W to a 416 Rigby. I have read what others have written and I don't foresee any problems with it. This gun was part of an ammo test experiment. So far all the ammunition fired in it has been centered around some sort of test. I will start loading for it as soon as I get some irons out of the fire. I do know that it requires a very good crimp so I will be using a Lee factory crimp die after passing through the taper crimp die. I actualy stuck this barrel on my hybrid frame set up so that the barrel protruded past the end of the slide similar to what a 6" barrel would do with a G35 slide. It shot great. I am thinking of stick my scope set up on the hybrid with this barrel and shooting it at 100 yards. I load the 357 Sig using Montana Gold bullets made for the 357 Sig. It is not a hard cartridge to load at all. It is a fun cartridge and I even have a Marlin 1894 re chambered in the 357 Sig.
