Are all the Ruger ejector housings the same length, and if not, which one is the longest?

They make 4" and 5" and whatever the shorter length of the birdshead/sheriff/Montado is. I bought a couple of the 5" from Brownells for projects to get the longer stroke. I think the 5" was standard on the hunter models.

I think the long EJRH originated on the 357 Maximum.... A stainless version showed up on the SBH Hunter models...

They also come on the 10.5" bull SBH.

Here's a long one on my 45 Colt. This is an aluminum one that came off my Maximum. I initially had a steel one I bought from Hamilton Bowen on it. Here's the same gun back when I had the steel one installed. The steel one now resides on my Maximum.

Ruger makes the "target length" ejector housing in aluminum, carbon steel and stainless steel. I believe the carbon steel (blued) version is only available as an accessory.

Here's a 5" one on a Huntington .500 Maximum - It's the same length as the original Maximum ERH, but Jack replaced the alloy original with a steel (non-ruger, IIRC) part.
