I see Winchester made an XTR AE ( Angle Eject ) in pretty low numbers, which allowed the mounting of a scope... & Marlin made 375 Winchester chambered rifles for a couple years... & Ruger even made ( at least ) #3's ( maybe some #1's??? ) in 375 Winchester...
just starting to think about a companion rifle for the Custom Shop 375 Winchester BFR Revolver I'll be commissioning in 2020... I would prefer to be able to scope or electronic sight the rifle, so I'm not thinking about the regular Winchester top ejects... if Ruger ever did a #1, it gives me an excuse to buy one ( I like single shots, & been wanting a #1 for quite a while ) I've not ever seen a #1 or for that matter a #3 in 375 Winchester...
I'd also consider an Encore Carbine... I do have a 14" Contender barrel, but I've not seen an Encore barrel in 375 Winchester that I recall...
what all have you guys seen or shot in this caliber???

Stumbled upon a beautiful Winchester 375 at Work. A helpful member here quickly sent me a matching Marlin 375. Then came the Winchester 444... We have historically turned our noses up at Japanese copies. IMHO Miroku turns out exquisite pieces of hardware. Reminds me of the U.S. company that ordered a large number of semiconductors from a Japanese company. The U.S. company specified an acceptable quality level (AQL). The AQL allows the supplier to deliver a determined percentage of bad parts. When the parts were received there was a bag of defective parts included with the order with the note that they did not know why the U.S. company wanted bad ones but here they are! 00

Had a Ruger #3 in 375 Winchester. A long time friend and hunting partner longed for the rifle.
I eventually gave it to him and he loves to wood hunt with it.
I load my Marlin 336 CB 38-55 Octagon Barrel to provide similar ballistics.

I have both the Win 94 Big Bore and Ruger #3 in .375 Win. The Win wears Iron sights, the #3 can also wear a scope.
I'm EA Brown will also make one of their 94D rifles in .375 Win. I have one in .32 H&R they made for me.

I bought a No.3 in 1981 on a close out for the price of $169.99. I do like this cartridge, have taken deer and my 1st Black Bear fell to this rifle. A good many years ago now, a friend of mine was selling a Winchester 94 XTR Big Bore, had a box (20) rounds through it, got the gun and the empties. I always wanted a Marlin 375, to go with the other Marlins in my safe. They were harder for me to find than the Winchester, but of the 2 I found over the years, one found its way to me. Hornady 220 gr FP and a max charge of Reloader 7 has always been the mainstay of the Ruger, but now, it fires cast out of 38/55 cases and yes they fit the chamber of the Ruger. Cast also in the Marlin. The 94? havent fired it since I got it;( I will have to do something about that, along with a NIB Browning 71 sitting next to it, one of these day's crash87

I don't have a 375 Winchester but I do have about 500 cases. Those are for the 375 Supermag Dan Wesson unless I find something else to shoot them in.
I have seen a few 94s and one Marlin but nothing else, none of those were reasonably priced. I would like a 375 carbine length contender barrel but I can't find one of those either.

Think those would would be available from the usual sources... I have a 14” Contender barrel, but would prefer the stronger action of the encore

I have seen Marlin 336s rebarreled to .375 Winchester. Whether or not it is a safe practice has been a source of debate for decades now. I'd use a 'smith well versed in lever-actions if I were going to have one done. Is Mick McPherson still going?
