I’ve used this jack to lift houses and raise barn beams to level our barn beams and lofts. I don’t see using it in the future so it needs a new home like the other extra tools in the shop. The price is $25 but the buyer has to pay the shipping costs. I will check to see if it fits in a large flat rate box. I can email a picture if you want to see what it looks like.

I was thinking that would go FAST !! Good deal. Ya, shipping is what'll gitcha on a house jack. Well in Alaska it does.

Luckily in this case shipping will only be a little bit of diesel and time.

Raised the back wall of a old barn with 4 of the them. Lot of popping and cracking and took days to get set up and 30 minutes a day for a week to finish raising

One of these holds up the back corner of my lake house. Have to crank it up or down a bit with the change of wet/dry seasons to keep the back door from sticking.
