Hay guys, I'm making plans for my next project. Can you show me pictures of your custom BH's with Smith barrels. Right now, I have a blue 8 3/8" M29 barrel that should finish out at 7 1/2" and a couple of donor gun. I have a 3 screw 357 and a NUMBS and a couple of Bisley grip frames with triggers and hammers, but they are on guns. I may have to pick me up a Bisley SBH to do it if I go with a 44mag. If I go 44 spl, I'll use the OM 357 mi-frame.
I'd just like to see your examples of the same. So lets see em.

PM Zeus and ask him to post pictures of the 41 Special with teh Smith & Wesson barrel Andy Horvath did for me. He has much better pictures than I do of it. You know Bill, I missed that barrel so much I bought another one the other day then I went to the gun show and found a 8 3/8" 57 in 41 Mag barrel and two days later snagged a S&W 45 colt ribbed 8 3/8" barrel. ;D So many options, so little money!  |

Bill,
I bought the ivory stocks as they are from Tusker. He is on a couple other gun sites like the S&W forum. I think the gun was done by Bowen, but I will have to check and see, I cannot remember off the top of my head. I bought it from gunbroker from someone that had the work done. I did not send it out myself. When I got it, I took off the aluminum BH gripframe and had the SBH gripframe put on. Shoots OTC loads like a dream, really tames the recoil and is very accurate. I plan on sending my OM single six to Alan to have a S&W barrel put on as well.
