I bought my first ported Smith & Wesson today. According to the 4th Edition Catalog its 1 of 500. I bought it as you see it with the original rear sight in the correctly labeled box. Thanks for looking!

Nice , With the scope that should be a hinting machine ! I had an 8 3/8" 629 Hunter in 44 mag. It was very accurate .

The older I get, the more the scopes catch my attention.
I remember fondly the eyes of yesteryear and the fun we had.
I tell folks now, "I'm a good shooter, I just can't see the target."

I have the sisters, 45Colt & 357M. Power Port. The 357/38 gets shot mostly with 38’s and it’s a total pleasure to shoot. Acquired the 45C just because the opportunity presented itself. It’s very accurate. I have always thought I would get a 44 to complete the collection but the prices have headed way north. Congratulations on your find,,,,they are easier to shoot If you flip them over.
