If you like 9mm they're one of the best DA/SA pistols out there. I still see some Isreali imports from time to time as well as a few clones. It'd be worth hanging on to.

The Hi-Power is about the only 9mm (aside from subcompacts) that I'd care to own. Have had several, they are great guns. I vote to buy it from him. A set of Spegal grips would look great on it!

I think you should just have him send it to NM.
And not to the Eastern part of the State....

I'm firmly in the revolver camp for all three daily meals.
But I must be candid and admit I have 3 bottom feeders. Colt model 70 Gold Cup 45ACP, Springfield XDM 9mm, and two Browning Hi Powers 9mm and 40S&W.
The Hi Powers just point the best of any semi-autos. They are the only ones I use for playing "kick the can" against family and friends. I don't search for the sights; I just point and squeeze. Seriously great pistolas.
Prescut Like always, condition and price determine who goes home with who.

Owned BHPs since 1970. your model is from there finest production years. It is a commercial model well worth having 500-900 bucks, IT prefers FMJ or FMJ like rounds. Get a couple extra mags for it if you keep it.

It is going to a new hone JT, but not to my home. Me owning a gun like this would be like a 24 year old millennial trying to drive a stick shift truck.😕
