Nice. I just chatted with Jim today regarding my 45 Colt M29 converiosn that landed in his shop yesterday. I cannot wait....
Oh yeah, did he advise who he used to do his polishing and bluing?

No Box, he didn't say. He just said he sent it out for blueing. The blue and finish on this gun rivals the work on the Horvath 41 Special.

Is the front sight Stroh's?
Out of curiosity, how long did the work take?

Yes it is Jim's front sight. It was about a one year wait on the list. Jim had me hold the gun here until it was up in the rotation. Once a year was up I contacted him and he was ready to get it. Once it got there it only took a month or so.
