There is not much ammo or reloading supplys in the Dallas TX area but you can find stuff if you look hard and keep at it. It does look like it's getting a little better.

Anybody that tries to get $120 per thousand for primers is just as bad as the current Washington administration and they need a boot in the *** !

i haven't had to pay over $20.00 / k up to now for wlp ... no shortage of powders primers brass here in the pcrk...

Damn, just two months ago I bought a case of WLP's at a gunshow for right at what Midway was selling them for. Seems like it was $130 for the case of 5000. The 8lb can of Unique was pretty cheap too, think it came out to $14 a pound.

its weird , i live in the most commie+++ craphole in the country , and yet there is no lack of available componets for reloading ...
there are some ammo shortages at wallyworld , but this is mostly due to panic buying by people who couldn't see the forest for the trees , so to speak...
i could have bought 3k rnds of speer BB 40sw for $12.87 a box the other am , lots of shotgun shells available , some small shortages on 223/308/762x39/45acp/9mm , everything else is available in quanity...

It could quite possibly be because the demand isn't as high there....that would be my first guess.....but i'm not sure, I do see a lot of folks from California posting on fourms. Primers are the most difficult thing to find here. Well maybe i should clarify that and say I CAN'T find them AT ALL here. Loaded ammo.....that's a whole nother story.
