don't think so, the 32 wasn't introduced until the 80's

They introduced it in 1984. I only know this because I literally just picked my Single Six 32H&R up with a low serial number attributed to their first year of production.

I made mine a 3 click with half cock via the power custom kit. Done a few of them no problem, but the 32 one is tough, Ron Powers told me that's the only one that even give him problems, there were 5 or 6 different pawls used by Ruger when making them.
