Aggie I really like that. I have been thinking of a 41 mag conversion on a New Vaquero and this just kind of pushes me a little closer to the decision.

You know better than to make asparagus remarks about the .44 special on this board....... ;D But when a gun looks that good...well I know you just couldn't help it. That is a fine looking piece you got there sir. The only thing I can find wrong with it is it's not in my safe.

It''s the lighting. It's a steel gripframe. The frame was reblued and the gripframe wasn't. Remember, it was a low budget conversion. It's nowhere near the mismatch the pic makes it look like. I have since shot it. I'm not posting the groups cause I was in incredibly bad form that day, but I did shoot it better than my Harton tuned .45 Colt, which normally shoots very well for me.
