Well, new to me anyway. A Bearcat that I believe dates to 1973. A little muzzle wear and on the ejector housing, but certainly not abused. Clicking on the Ruger Forum classifieds is hazardous to one's checking account.

Nice little gun. But it's a Super Bearcat,,, OM type. A good one to have! And it was made in 1972,,,, not 1973.

Sweet. I have an OM Bearcat I got from a good friend. Light weight. I would like a SS version so I can rechamber to .22 Mag. Lately, prices have come down locally so maybe I won't have to wait too long.

Just decided on a 41 special sp-101 2/12” barrel by Mr. Clements . Have a 6 “gp-100 with him now with the same treatment! Oh what the heck! Might as well add a Henry 41 mag carbine too!! Sorry folks meant to go in the hijack thread! Nice bearcat by the way!

Nice steel frame old model, just picked one like that up myself. Old or new, I can’t get enough of them, find these little things rather addicting.

I've always liked the Bearcats, cool little guns. Bill Ruger loved the old Stutz Bearcat auto and that's what the gun is named after.
