rjm52: Thanks for the reminder. I mounted the NECG peep on the 77/357 and tried it with the Grizzly 180s. Nice groups at 25 yds but 4 inches high POI from POA. I have gone back to work and haven't had time to call NECG to get a recommend on replacement front sight. When I do I will get a Williams type red FO front sight and then get the picatinny rail piece mounted to the underside of the forestock for the TLR3. Got a hunk of Picatinny from a fellow shooter. Just a matter of time to get it done. Hopefully soon.
