Can the .314 be sized down to run in a 30-30 or do I need the .311? I like the idea of being able to run 1 mold for both 327/32-20 and my 30-30 rifle.

These group buys like this are predicated on Miha using one cherry. He cuts the normal size for the 0.311" mold. For the larger mold he orbits the cherry to produce a larger cut. When that happens the nose is larger also. I don't think the nose would fit in a normal 30-30 throat with the 0.314" molds nose even though you could size the bands down.
