If someone was interested, the opening bid seems fair to me.

Factory cylinder rebored, not that attractive Hunter front sight, laminate grips, factory rear sight.
I have a similar Gallagher gun- bisley hammer, birds head, re-barrled to 4 inches, DX front sight, Bowen rear. Factory cylinders in 45 Colt and ACP, so not rebored like this one but the extra cylinder makes up for that. Still, a similar build in terms of cost. I think I paid $1200?
Not saying it wouldn't cost more to have that gun built, but there have been better customs come up for $2k.
I think $1300 is more reasonable.
Since it started out as a 44 Hunter, they'd have been better off cutting the barrel to that same length and leaving it a 44 with better aesthetics and an easy way to mount a red dot or reflex (a scope with a short hunter barrel would leave the scope dangling out front). Action work, refit grips- now you can get $1300 with much less invested.
