I was speaking to Bobk and 2 Dogs about a 170gr 41 caliber 640 design and they told me it was already done, and Bobk sent me a link to MP molds site. MP has a 2 cavity but I want a 4 cavity mold, I was wondering if anyone else would be interested in it and maybe doing a Group Buy? Here is what it looks like.  |

I’ll be happy to crank up a group buy on this 41 cast slug if you guys would like one. I have one and it’s a dandy. I’m pretty sure it was designed to better the Silvertip jacketed factory HP offering. Either way, no true 41 man should do without.

I would like to redo the HP set up... leave the large one alone and redo the small one and add a cup HP also.  Post it up Fermin.................. |

I have a 2 cavity & would definitely be up for a 4 cavity replacement...As mentioned above, it might just be THE perfect 41 Special bullet.

One of my favorite things about Bobk is his mind never remains “static”. It’s not that he doesn’t know he doesn’t have a good idea in the first place, it’s all the follow up with the acid testers and Buffler Busters and all about “how can we do this better than before”...
I’m some hands busy for the next little while but I’ll get this up for you guys shortly.

Bought this mold from the last GroupBuy over on the CBFs... It has become my standard bullet for a FA 97. Is running in the low 1300s and recoil is pleasant compared to heavier bullets.
