Twenty-five years ago I gave my ex a Colt M1903 .32 ACP. It was a 1912-built gun, but reliable and accurate. Today she dropped by to see the new workshop, have a cuppa joe and catch up. In the midst of that she said she developed a preference for revolvers- would I like the Colt back? Yes please! It's none the worse for wear after 25 years (though in need of a good cleaning.) Made for a nice end to what was otherwise a rough week!

I dang near bought one of those a while back but in the end, the cost for a decent one put me off. That's a good looker!

Congrats on repatriating a great little gun! One of my first guns was a 1903 in 32. In fact it's the only family gun I have. Purchased by my great grandfather when Detroit started to get a little rough in the late teens, the gun came with a high polish carbona blue and nitre blue small parts. Saturday night special indeed!

You were lucky! Take on some 32 ACP ammo.
