My LGS found one....but the price they quoted me made got the idea out of my head. I want one but will have to shop for a better price. I shortened a Bisley 45 (and a 44) to 5.5" more than 25 years ago but would still like to have one of the new ones. May have to send my 480 down the road.

Mine came in today. The best made factory revolver I've ever held. Even the grips fit, SHOCKING.
On par with any of my customs or FA guns.

Excited to hear both of your opinions. I've spent a lot of time this evening. More than I should.
This revolver shows what Ruger can (and should) do on all their guns.
I've been lucky and has great experiences with Ruger. I know others have had different experiences. Hope they trend in the direction of these fine guns.
