Good grief Greg. That one is undeniably way out there beautiful. The only question is, where to go after something like that?

If im not mistaken and since that is a smith and wesson barrell with an 18.75 twist, i would be curious to see how that work of art would shoot the 300 grain ssk bullet

Probably should ask him........ 265gns are as big as I have.

bushog, are you shooting plain base or GC, if so where are you getting your GC's. I see there are 2-3 different sizes of checks for the 41 for some reason! I'll be in New Mexico next summer, need to know when you won't be home so I won't get caught when I steal that gun!!!

I see where many are saying how nice this revolver is and where do you go from there, and I agree wholeheartedly. But I bet he'll find a way to find another.
It's a sign of some sort of psychological issue with many here to continue "the search". Once the last/best toy arrives, the search begins again.
My shooting partner and I have discussed many times about going ahead and getting a lathe and milling machine but we realize we would quickly loose ourselves in barrels, reamers, actions, and on and on.
It's a blast ain't it!

I have a Mountain Mold that throws a 300 grain LBT style slug and they shoot just fine from Smiths...
