Those are Jay Scott aftermarket grips. They sold faux stags, faux pearls, and faux ivories with wood backing. I think these started being available in the 60s, and they may have lasted into the 90s. There are a lot of them around.
They are worth $30 or so on an ebay auction.

Based on that I don't believe they're worth the trouble, I'll order some factory Ruger and throw these into the junk drawer.
