Just upgraded the wife from a 32 H&R Smith and Wesson fixed sight snubbie to this beauty. Took her out today and shot a few rounds through it. Man what a great shooter. Even with Federal 100 grain 327 ammo, it is a breeze to shoot (just has a lot of muzzle blast!). With that ported barrel it really stays on target great! Makes me want to try the J frame ported 357 they had at the shop with this one. This is going to be my wife's carry gun when she gets to that point. It seems to have her excited about shooting again.

I'm not sure about Barrel Porting. Just something i'd think about.

Nice find!!

Yessir. I had one a couple years ago and Gunbroker pricing is what made me sell it. It was NIB and I nearly doubled my money on the thing. I dont think this one will be for sale anytime soon.

I sold mine in stainless, after I used it for a year or so, and about doubled my money, too. Took the cash and picked up a Colt LE6920 with the MagPul upgrades.
I like my Single 7 so much more than the DA S&W 632, I think I'll stick with the Ruger.

I have one of them. Neat gun. Still on the fence if I want to keep it. Also have a 8 shot Blackhawk. Still think the Single Seven may be the small frame .327 I want.

Still think the Single Seven may be the small frame .327 I want. i have one in 327 - got itcheap i think, in box and all papers etc for 500$ shipped - not a fan of porting but in this case maybe so- havent tried one without porting. i do have a 3" stainless kit gun in 357 and though i pack it hiking when i am in montana ( and i shoot superb groups with it ) i wouldnt call it pleasant with strong loads all in all i may promote the little 327 kit gun to that role

I just picked up a S&W 332ti DAO last weekend. It shoots accurately and very near the point of aim. Very light and will easily hide in my pants pocket. I think it is going to work as a concealed carry gun. I also have had a Ruger SP101 3"bbl in .32 Magnum, but it is not for concealed carry. Too heavy and slightly too big. It too is surprisingly accurate for a gun with a short barrel.

They were about giving those things away a couple years ago and I passed because of the porting.....
Should have bought a dozen.
Would have at least one but for the porting.....couldn't get past it.
