Virginian Dragoon Rear Sight Screw

I have a Virginian Dragoon 44 magnum with a 6" barrel. At some point, the original owner lost the rear sight elevation screw and replaced it with one that's close but isn't exactly right. The lower part of the threads are stripped so the adjustability ain't.

I've looked at Numrich and Brownell's but don't seem to find anything that seems like it might work. The diameter of the screw measures 0.123".

I have another Virginian Dragoon that has an adjustable rear sight. The screw diameter is 0.134" so it doesn't fit the other gun.

Any ideas?
