nope I didn't get one, my son did. he brought it by yesterday and I've got to say I was impressed. for starters it's a big gun for a 40 caliber you'd think it was a 45. seems they widened the mag to increase capacity to 16 rounds so mags won't swap out with the standard CZ 75, it came with 3 mags. I was a little surprised that a $1,200.00 gun came with fixed sights, very tall fixed sights at that. unlike the standard 75s these are single action only but the good news is this gun had the best trigger pull I've ever seen in a out of the box gun, maybe any gun. don't know what it was but I know it was under 2 pounds of pull, sweet. he's been shooting matches with a Glock 17 and had been talking about getting a 40 cal slide and barrel to use or getting a 2011 in 40. then someone at a match let him try one of these and he was hooked.

I've always wanted one of these type pistols. The Witness Limited specifically, though I'm not sure of any real differences besides the shape of the trigger guard and adjustable sights on the Witness.
Whenever you or he gets time, how about give me an idea of the accuracy of the piece. Thanks for posting the picture, but I must resist the temptation........ or maybe not.

I have the EA Witness .45 CZ clone. Great range gun. Heavy, all steel, accurate and no recoil.

all the CZs and their off springs are slick guns. during my time shooting matches I was a mediocre C class shooter, now if I'd had one of these I could have been a pretty good C class shooter. at this point the son's pretty good so this will help some but it's still more the man than the gun most shooting. got kind of a baseline of how he's been doing with the Glock we'll see how he scores on his hit factors over the next few months. if nothing else it puts him in major so he'll get one more point for anything not in the A zone.

Groo here The CZ/ EAA guns built in "The old country" are far and away better to the "import" stuff. I have a CZ75 compact PCR, and an EAA Gold Team. Quality of build where it counts is amazing....... The PCR Is my Dedicated +P/+P+ carry gun and is "smooth" The "Gold Team" is the only 40cal gun I found to be accurate, And it is VERY accurate. First time out, 5 shots with Win White box off hand on an 8in paper plate at 100 yds.[ benched you would not believe!]

Just bought a CZ Tactical Sport Orange in 9mm. Would have preferred a 40 but took what I could get. My first 9mm, will see how it stacks up against the 45s.
