Mine is amazingly accurate, not as accurate as my 454 SRH tho. But mine doesn't have the longer barrel like yours. The only jamming issue I had with mine was mag induced.

One of the first things I read after buying my .44mag Desert Eagle was the fact that you can NOT use a "cup and saucer" hold. Any upward pressure on the magazine during operation WILL cause feed issues. Mine wears a 6" barrel, and from a rest, I've shot 3" 5-shot groups from 100 yards. I was astounded at the accuracy.

An earlier thread wanted a semi auto as powerful as a 454 Casuall. This 50 AE Desert Eagle with a 10inch barrel pushes a 350gr Berry Bullet at 1550fps. The DE is a whole lot more dependable than they get credit for with noticeable less recoil! Mine is NOT a jamamatic! THE DESERT EAGLE .50 IS AN EXCELLENT PISTOL, ACCURATE AND POWERFUL BUT IT IS NOT AS POWERFUL NOR ACCURATE AS THE.454 CASULL (NOT CASUALL!) WITH THE 10" FREEDOM ARMS I HAVE OFTEN SHOT THE 340 HARD CAST BULLET AT 1800+ FPS. WHEN SHOOTING WITH DICK CASULL BACK IN THE EARLY DAYS AT FREEDOM ARMS WE WERE DOING LOADS FROM HIS 12" AT 2000+ FPS WITH A 260 HARD CAST.

As John said, CASULL. C-A-S-U-L-L. There's no "a" in Dick's last name.

The OP did not seem to be starting any problems. The friendly challenge, to me was just that.

Always someone who declares himself totality and just not happy unless they are bringing someone else down.
Truly a shame we can't support those who share our passion and overlook each other's shortcomings.
We all have some, regardless how high some folks build their own pedestal.
