I found the right escutcheon nut for the traveling Taffin stocks, (Numrich part # 299000A). It tapped in good and snug. Almost lost the right grip medallion in the process though! A Pana-Vise was perfect for the reglue job. These stocks needed the shorter of the 2 screws shown above. The stocks are very comfortable and I think they look great! I tried to overlay the traveling Taffin stocks with the combat stocks native to my Smith just to show how they position your hand different. I've had issues with N frame Smiths just battering my wee wuss middle knuckle. Never been able to shoot one comfortably until today! Thanks again for passing these my way!

Nice revolver snappy! Those stocks look great on it and look like they would make shooting that big N frame a lot more pleasant. A win win.

Thanks Paul. They really make a difference. I had a holster ordered for this gun with Mike B. and changed the order. I couldn't see carrying a gun that I wouldn't shoot very much. That was probably a mistake hahaha!
