Buddy of mine was hunting quail the other day and ran into this coyote. Rather interesting. Dean

Tough coyote. Looks like it had eaten well enough.

Another quail killer goes down! Not uncommon for canines to be able to survive on 3 legs.

Is it just me or is the left front leg missing at the shoulder and the right foot looks to be partly gone also? Ronnie

Tough coyote. Looks like it had eaten well enough. That was the first thing I said when I saw the pic. Sure looks like a well fed coyote for a 3 legger.

Thought this might be a Fermin joke when I saw the thread title. Like, "what do you get when you cross a tripod and a Corpus Christi Garza?"
