And I bought 2...for $99/ea.... 5" 1911 Frame size Forged Frame 4140 Carbon Steel Model 70 style Cut for beavertail safety (EGW) .250" radius Standard cut railspalmettostatearmory.com/oem-psa-1911-frame-45-5-carbon.htmlWhat does the .250" radius refer to? Does that have to do with the beavertail? Anyway, my thinking is to build one up as a Commander and the other as...? A .38 Super build leads the pack but something like .45 Super or .460 Rowland are interesting ideas as well.

Shows that they are sold out now.
I take it that these frames have serial numbers & need to be shipped to an FFL & then transferred to the private party?

Yes these are stripped, completed frames not 80% frames. If I ever hit the lottery one of these Ghost Gunner CNCs is coming to my house, especially if they get the 1911 coding done.

The .250" radius is indeed for the beaver tail. Ed Brown (and others I am sure) used to sell a fixture with two wide discs connected with a pin that you could mount up to file the rear horns on a frame to fit their grip safety that was a .250" radius. I did a number of them myself back in the day when decently shaped grip safeties were far from the standard fare.
