I saw a CA Pit Bull in the LGS last week. It lookes nice a bit bigger than the CA Bulldog .44 Special but it's a .45ACP. Just wondering if anyone has tried one yet & if so what they think of it? Thanks.

Is it a bigger cylinder and frame ? As much as I love my Bulldog 44spec..them cylinder walls look mighty thin. Have always thought it'd have made a really great 41 special.

Had one offered to me last week. Looking it over, it has a good cartridge retention system, but I passed due to the forcing cone on the back of the barrel being VERY thin.

Friend bought one last year when they came out but due to an injury didn't get a chance to shoot it this this past summer... We put about 40 rounds through it and it was pretty impressive for a CA.
Zero issues with firing or ejection. Accuracy/shootability was very good...
