The problem with S&W's is not them blowing up with one heavy load. It's longevity.
I agree about the SRH vs X-frame. If the N-frame was "just as strong", they wouldn't have had to develop such a large frame for the .460 and .500. They would've just stretched the N-frame.
I still contend that The Yankee Marshal is an idiot who has been emboldened by his YouTube following. He's moderately knowledgeable but acts as a self-appointed authority and this particular video is based on incomplete information. Basically, both Ruger and S&W told him that their guns are safe for standard pressure loads, which is a liability issue and took that to mean that the guns are equal.
