Well, I think a few letters to the companies that supply ammo & such to the ATF & ALL LEO agencies that they will not send or sell them any ammo for fear of breaking the law might just make them retract that absurd attitude.

I sent an email to the NRA asking about this. Hopefully its not as bad as it sounds, but with those guys who knows? I am not sure our freedoms can withstand any more of Obama and certainly not HRC.

This change had the potential to seriously disrupt ammunition supply in the United States because it changed a long-standing ATF policy that exempted properly “wetted” nitrocellulose from treatment as an explosive under federal law.

I'm not an expert by any means but "wetted" nitrocellulose sounds like a sub component of smokeless powder, not the stuff we pack in little bits 'o brass.
The article also specify a certain percentage of wetting by mass (25%), so it could be a simple fix. Increase wetting to 26% and it's all gravy again.
Yeah it's a technicality but fuck them (ATF) and anyone else who can't grasp the simple idea of 'Shall not be infringed'.
Any time the ATF starts changing rules around, I start dreaming of a big fat meteor clobbering the shit out of the DC area.
