I was looking at making a Keith[hats off please] #5
out of a 50th or NV in 41 mag.
Then I looked at the grip frame cost ,barrel cost etc...
I also talked to some big name smiths-- some here[Thanks]
Then I checked out the new Bisley-NV SS pistols.
I may look at one in 357 -change to 41-change sights[like S&W]
may cut grip shorter and add American Holly grips ..
Local smith {a younger guy} will take on the project [his first BIG
time build but does good work] and I hope this all works out..
Any suggestions would help I will pull the triger as soon as I find the guns[Maybe a pair =one 3 3/4 ine 5 1/2]

For new smith working on one of the new midframes, I would say that piloted rechamber is fine, no need to linebore.
That will be a big help.
