I got bitten by the .32 bug a few years ago by a former student of mine and this "problem" was exasperated by the artist formerly known as 'Dos Perros'.
Let me preface this by saying that I’m a fairly new reloader – I can actually tell you an exact number of my home brews that I have fired...
I found a set of dies for little money (RCBS), but they are taper crimpers. Will a taper crimp work on a .327 Fed? How about for normal pressure H&R mags? The only thing I've done to this point is roll crimping. As Garth Algar said, "We fear change."

I cant see why it wouldn't work, if im wrong, add a lee FC die for $13. In theory, you will get llonger brass life with a taper crimp. (less working of brass)
.32 bullets, no matter how heavy for caliber they are, will never develop the inertial pull of a big 500.
Interial bullet pull becomes a problem with bigger calibers, as larger diameter bullets have a greater mass to circumference ratio (which dictates the surface area which is acted upon by case neck tension) than smaller diameter bullets.
Bullets that move forward and tie guns up dont jump forward out of cases. they just stay still while the gun accelerates to the rear.

Excellent answer. The key will be consistency. If you go with a taper crimp - and I agree that's fine - just make sure they are exactly the same load to load.
Being a reloader for only about 4 years myself I feel a lot closer to the beginners than the experienceders so I understand where you are coming from.

I use the dies you are talking about loading my 32 H&R Rugers,I find that the taper crimp works just fine.A word of warning, the flaring insert in my dies were too large.A jacketed .312 bullet would not give good bullet pull with any crimp so check the diameter of yours,I finally turned mine down and in fact started using a 32 ACP flaring button to get good bullet pull with the .312 bullets.Even if you use .313 diameter bullets make sure the pull is enough.
