Recommended by quite a few gunsmiths for lubricating the hammer hooks on the 1911. KC Crawford says no more than 1/16 on a inch spot on the hammer hooks.

Been using Desert Jizz for some time. 9 parts alcohol, 1 part twb25 and a flux bush on all semi autos. It was originally developed or used for the Mk 19 program and branched out from there.

Lube, goodness the recipes. If Axe uses it I would. Mr. Bradshaw uses anti sieze and moly, I do. Funny thing about people as resources, they can eliminate research. My buddy that does a LOT of landscaping uses a John Deere 3720. So when I got a tractor, I didn't check nuthin'. If it's good enough for Stan, David, Darryl, it'll damn sure be good enough for me. Gotta find some TW25B now...

1911 slides? depends.. Carry gun runs dry with a tetragun application. Match guns run wet with the old NGMTU red oil mix
