Shark Week has been popular for some years now, so..Monster Week ! "You are what they eat" is part of the lead-in. One whole episode is about , yup, Bears ! Saw it last night. Seemed to me to be a fairly even handed handling of the subject. It well matched what I've seen and heard from others pretty well. Episode called "Grizzly Uprising". A large portion was of Black Bears though. They didn't hype the drama like so many shows now, no..the beast came outta nowhere ! No razor sharp claws or teeth ! Some wounds, gore shown, but they didn't over do that either. I think well done. Enjoy.

I missed the episode last night about 3 researchers looking for the Tasmanian Tiger, believing they were not completely wiped out by hunting at the turn of the century.
I have seen so many bears one, not that one above yet but I must say IMO, black bears are more dangerous than most people believe. Especially one's in the NW territories etc where they don't see people that often, they look at you just like a grizzly would....food!
The show I wanted to see followed up was the old giant cats in the UK where there are none but they are there for years. IE: The Exmore beast, etc. There were enough sighting for the royal British army to send in snipers to find and shoot one.
